A BRUKER AFM Raman spectrometer combination is available at P01 which allows for scanning the sample with sub micro meter resolution while taking Raman and Nuclear Inelastic Scattering data.
The device was installed within the framework of a 'BMBF' project granted by the german Federal Ministry for Education and Research.
