Update of "Terms and conditions for Non-Proprietary User Access to DESY Photon Science Facilities

We have updated our "Terms and Conditions for Non-Proprietary User Access to the Experimental Photon Science Facilities of Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron DESY".
At the beginning of your next login to DOOR you will be requested to accept our new Terms and Conditions for Non-Proprietary User Access. Without acceptance the login to DOOR will not be possible.

DESY assumes that you agree to our "Terms and Conditions for Non-Proprietary User Access to the Experimental Photon Science Facilities of Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron DESY" dated May 2025 unless an objection is lodged in writing within 6 weeks of receipt of this notification. Please note that your DOOR user account must be deactivated in the event of an objection, which will prevent any activity within DOOR.

See below the updated "Terms and Conditions" (May 2025) and the old version for comparison.
