All our users, collaborators as well as scientists who are interested in using the photon sources PETRA III and FLASH for their research, are invited to attend the annual DESY Photon Science Users’ Meeting "Research with Synchrotron Radiation and FELs" which is usually held on the last Thursday and Friday in January.

Please note: the Users’ Meeting 2025 will take place one week earlier*:

21-24 January 2025

*We had to change the date, because early February a scientific evaluation of DESY as part of the regular evaluations of the Helmholtz Centres takes place.

We are looking forward to welcoming interested scientists from many different disciplines for poster presentation and discussions of the current and future research at the DESY light sources. An industry exhibition will also take place during the poster session.
